Early Registration Deadline :  September 28th, 2018   October 8th, 2018
Late Registration Deadline:  November 2nd, 2018
On-site Registration:  from November 3rd, 2018

Registration Fees

 

After registration, please fill in this form to provide information on your days of presence and on special dietary requirements.
Registration requires the registrant to be a member of the AI*IA. AI*IA membership fees are not included in the table above.
On-site payment: Participants are allowed to pay on arrival at the conference via the online registration process and not in cash.

Dopo aver completato la registrazione, si prega di compilare questo form per fornire indicazioni sui giorni di presenza e richieste alimentari.
La registrazione richiede che il partecipante (o la sua azienda/ente) sia socio AI*IA. La quota associativa AI*IA non è inclusa nelle quote della tabella precedente.
Pagamento in loco: I partecipanti possono anche pagare all’arrivo alla conferenza tramite la procedura di registrazione on-line e non in contanti.

Visa Application Letters

We will gladly send letters supporting a visa application to registered participants. Please refer to the following PDF document.
Note that fully-paid registration is required before issuing a support letter and that letters cannot be issued for accompanying persons.
